The acceptance of the non-accepted

The acceptance of the non-accepted

Shrouded by fear
I shed a tear

My heart feels ripped apart
Premature I’ve been discard’d

Rejected for my place of birth
Are we not all from planet Earth?

Are culture and our mother tongue
A reason to not get along?

Why I’m judged before you know
Before the heart could really show

How much love it has to share
And how much I really care

I have been trialed so unfair
The soul damaged and made bare

But let my miserable state
Not follow a similar fate

Though disagreeing with your choice
I have listened to your voice

And I accept you as you are
As once you were my superstar
